Whitcher Builders, Inc. was founded in the spring of 1967 and later incorporated in 1971. The mission was to develop a reputation as a respected builder, offering quality and value within the New Hampshire marketplace. In the first 10 years, the company grew in both volumn and stature. Whitcher Builders developed a 350 acre tract of land known as Whig Hill Estates in Strafford, New Hampshire and began taking on a variety of commercial projects.

Much of Whitcher Builders early work focused on the development of municipal and community related projects. Many area police departments and town halls were constructed as well as a number of projects at the University of New Hampshire.

As Whitcher Builders grew, the focus became noticeably more commercial in nature. Whitcher Builders remains committed to quality construction and continues to expand its staff, equipment and procedures so as to retain its high stature in the community.

Our teams have successfully demonstrated their knowledge and abilities working within the Construction Management and General Contracting framework. As our history demonstrates, Whitcher Builders will continue building New England's future!
Page 2

Client List
Page 3

Safety

Whitcher Builders will perform all construction work in a manner that results in quality workmanship and, at the same time, control the possibility of injury to our employees and to the general public.
